Refund policy

If you wish to return/exchange item(s) from your order, please contact us within 14 days at info@moxietlv.com.

We will send approval and instructions. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item you have purchased, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Items that were purchased on Moxie, can only be returned/exchanged via Moxie.

Items can be returned/exchanged only in their original state- unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached. Also, please return the items in their original packaging.

Accessories, footwear and lifestyle products must be returned in their original box/package, including protective covers. Please place the original box inside an outer box/bag for shipping.

Unfortunately, swimwear and lingerie items cannot be returned/exchanged. In addition, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Please take extra care when opening the packaging and trying on the items in order to be able to return them in the necessary condition. Only returns that meet our conditions will be accepted.

Shipping costs at return/exchange are 25 NIS for local Israeli orders,
180 NIS for international orders. 

You may cancel the purchase of products, in accordance with the provisions by law.

 

Damaged Products

We do everything we can for items to arrive at your home in the most amazing condition. We have the very best local designers on board that stand with the highest standards of quality.

If you are missing an item from your order or received a product you suspect is defective or doesn’t match the description on Moxie, please contact us as soon as you can at info@moxietlv.com.

In case of damaged products, shipping costs at return will be covered by Moxie.
