Shipping policy
INTERNATIONAL
Free Shipping is available on all orders above 250usd (900nis).
International orders will be shipped via an express courier, standard duration 5-15 business days (Please consider delivery to remote or less central locations may take longer than that). The international shipping rate for zones 1, 2, and 4 (see lists of countries below) is 50$ (180nis) on all orders.
If your location is not on the list let us know and we will work it out for you.
*International shipping may incur additional handling, duty, or customs charges according to your location.
DOMESTIC
(Shipping from TLV)
Free Shipping on all orders above 350nis.
Standard delivery duration – 1-5 business days (the day of order placement is not included). For Tel-Aviv area orders we deliver express.
Please consider delivery to remote or less central locations may take longer than that.
For orders up to 349nis, the shipping rate is 25nis.
Some of our designers offer pick-up at their studios. Depending on the products and designer in your order (please see product description for more details).
Please take into consideration that in order to allow studio pick up you must have only one designer/brand in your cart.
JUST SO YOU KNOW
Deliveries are made directly from each designer to your home. You can purchase multiple items from several different designers/locations for only one shipping fee.
Kindly note, some products are unique, one-of-a-kind MADE TO ORDER items. This means delivery will depart only after the designer has completed his work on your product. For more information please refer to the products' description.
All charges are in NIS, we cannot take responsibility for any currency changes or exchange rates.
